This page describes what information this website collects when you use it, why, and who it's shared with. It covers bpmbi.us and the forms on it. It does not cover information you share with us outside this site (for example, by email or phone).
What we collect
When you submit the discovery-call or checklist-download forms on this site, we collect the information you enter: name, work email, and (depending on the form) company, project description, service area, and timeline. We do not ask for or require sensitive infrastructure details such as credentials, internal hostnames, or access keys.
Automated information
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic to this site. We use Leadfeeder to identify which companies (not individuals) visit this site from their network traffic, for B2B sales follow-up. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script; Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser and device as part of that verification.
How we use it
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to your inquiry or deliver the resource you requested, and to follow up about our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share form submissions with the service providers that operate this site's infrastructure (currently Cloudflare, for hosting, bot verification, and analytics, and Leadfeeder, for visitor identification) strictly to provide those services. We do not share your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention
We retain inquiry and download information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and maintain a record of business inquiries, and delete or anonymize it on request.
