Every engagement follows the same arc, regardless of which service it starts from: discovery (understanding your problem and constraints), assessment (reviewing your current state honestly, including telling you what doesn't need to change), design (a proposed target architecture you review before anything changes), implementation, validation against real conditions before cutover, and handover with documentation and knowledge transfer to your team.
Engagement models
We offer three general shapes of engagement, and we'll recommend which fits once we understand your situation:
- Assessment — a focused, fixed-scope review of your current platform or architecture, producing a concrete set of findings and a prioritized plan, without committing to the full implementation up front.
- Implementation — end-to-end delivery of a target architecture, from design through validated production rollout and handover.
- Ongoing advisory — continued access to our engineers after handover, scoped separately from the initial implementation.
We publish engagement shapes rather than fixed prices here, since scope varies by client; we'll give you a concrete quote after an initial discovery conversation.
